A RESOLUTION CHANGING THE NAME OF BUCK CREEK ROAD TO MOUNTAIN STAR
WHEREAS, the final plat for Wildwood Resort, a resubdivision of Lots 5,
52A and 52B, Block 1, Benchmark at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado
designates a public road beginning at Nottingham Road and terminating at the northerly
boundary of the subdivision as Buck Creek Road; and
WHEREAS, this public road is extended by USFS Special Use Permit from the
northerly boundary of Wildwood Resort to the intersection of Wildwood Road as
designated on the final plat for Mountain Star,-a resubdivision of replat no. 1 of the
final subdivision plat, Wildwood, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, Mountain Star Limited Liability Co. has requested the Town of Avon
officially rename Buck Creek Road to Mountain Star; and
WHEREAS, the name Mountain Star will help the traveling public identify
the entry to Mountain Star subdivision.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town of Avon
that Buck Creek Road from the intersection of Nottingham Road to the intersection of
Wildwood Road shall hereby be renamed as Mountain Star and shall be shown as such
on all future maps and plats.
