A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDMENTS TO THE FINAL PLAT
FOR MOUNTAIN STAR, A RESUBDIVISION OF REPLAT NUMBER 1
OF THE FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT, WILDWOOD SECTION 36,
TOWNSHIP 4 SOUTH RANGE 82 WEST OR THE 6TH PRINCIPAL
MERIDIAN, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Mountain Star Limited Liability Corporation has submitted amendments to
the Final Plat for Mountain Star, a Resubdivision of Replat Number 1 of the final Subdivision
Plat of Wildwood, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado: and
WHEREAS, the amendments to the Final Plat have been reviewed by the Town Staff and
were found to be substantially in accord with the approved Final Plat and Subdivision
Regulations for the Town of Avon; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the amended Final Plat for Mountain Star, A Resubdivision of Replat Number 1 of the Final
Subdivision Plat of Wildwood, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, is hereby approved
subject to:
1. The review of executed Plat by Staff.
2. The approval of technical corrections by Staff.
3. The addition of adequate easements for the proposed detention pond on Tract F and related
drainage revisions.
