A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR A DUPLEX
RESUBDIVISION FOR LOT 18, BLOCK 1, FILING 1, EAGLEBEND SUBDIVISION
TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Suzanne and John Railton has submitted a Duplex Final Plat for Lot 18,
Block 1, Filing 1, Eaglebend Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Townhouse Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff and
WHEREAS, the Duplex Final Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as
a Duplex Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Duplex Final Plat for Lot 18, Block 1, Filing 1, Eaglebend Subdivision, is hereby
approved as a duplex subdivision by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Engineer
