A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR A TOWNHOUSE
RESUBDIVISION FOR LOT 6, BLOCK 1, WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION
TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Dan Karzen, of First Tracks Development Corporation has submitted a
Townhouse Final Plat for Lot 6, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County,
Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Townhouse Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff, and
WHEREAS, the Townhouse Final Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as
a Townhouse Final Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Townhouse Final Plat for Lot 6, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision, is hereby approved as
a townhouse subdivision by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Engineer
