A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT-FOR A DUPLEX
RESUBDIVISION FOR LOT 29, BLOCK 1, WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION
TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE- COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, James Klein has submitted a Duplex Final Plat for Lot'29, Block 1,
Wiildridge Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Duplex Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town. Staff, and
WHEREAS, the Duplex Final Plat was found "to be substantially in accord with the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS; the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as
a duplex final plat.
NOW, TIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Duplex Final Plat for Lot 29, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision, is hereby approved as a
duplex subdivision by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by-the Town Engineer
