TOWN OF AVON; EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, SLB-200 Partners, L.P. has submitted'a Duplex Final Plat for Lot
13, Block- T, Eaglebend Subdivision Filing Number 1, Town of Avon,, Eagle County,, Colorado;
and
WHEREAS, the Duplex Final Plat has been reviewed-by. the Town Staff, and
WHEREAS, the Duplex Final Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the. requirements for consideration as
a duplex final plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Duplex Final Plat for Lot 13, Block 1, Eaglebend Subdivision, Filing Number 1 is hereby
approved as a duplex subdivision by the Town of Avon.
