A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DUPLEX FINAL PLAT FOR LOTS
33-A, B, AND C, BLOCK 3 WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION
TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Anthony Scharpf and Debra Yates has submitted a Duplex Final Plat for Lots
33=A, B, and C; Block 3 Wildridge Subdivision, Town of Avon,, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Duplex Final Plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Duplex Final Plat was found to be substantially in accord with the
Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS; the proposed subdivision complies with the requirements for consideration as
a duplex final'plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
that the Duplex Final Plat for Lots 33-A, B, and C, Block 3, Wildridge Subdivision is hereby
approved as a duplex subdivision by the Town of Avon, subject to:
1. The completion of technical corrections as identified by the Town Engineer
2. This subdivision has been approved only for construction of a duplex. Construction ,
of a dwelling unit on Lot 33-A which is free-standing from the dwelling on Lot 33-B
will not be permitted.
