RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 42
SERIES OF 1992
A RESOLUTION MAKING A SUPPLEMENTAL
APPROPRIATION FOR THE YEAR ENDING
DECEMBER 31, 1992
WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Avon has
heretofore adopted a budget for the year ending December 31, 1992,
and appropriated money for the purposes set forth therein; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Town Council to make a
supplemental appropriation of all unspent revenues available on
December 31, 1992, whether from the fiscal year 1992 or earlier
years;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Town Council of the
Town of Avon, Colorado, as follows
1. The 1992 year end fund balance of the Town in the
amount of $1,151,079 be and the same hereby is appropriated as a
reserve increase.
2. Any and all year end fund balances shall be considered
a reserve increase and therefore a part of 1992 "fiscal year
spending" within the meaning of Article X, Section 20(2)(e) of the
Colorado Constitution.
ADOPTED at the regular meeting of the Town Council of the
Town of Avon, Colorado, the 8th day of December, 1992.
