A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CONDOMINIUM
PLAT OF BRIDGEWATER TERRACE CONDOMINIUMS,
A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 8, BLOCK 3, BENCHMARK
AT BEAVER CREEK SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF AVON,
EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Design and Construction Services, Inc.
has submitted the Condominium Plat of Bridgewater Terrace
Condominiums, a Resubdivision of Lot 8, Block 3, Benchmark at
Beaver Creek Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado;
and
WHEREAS, the Condominium Plat has been reviewed by
Town Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Condominium Plat was found to be
substantially in accord with the Subdivision Regulations of the
Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with
the requirements for consideration as a Condominium Plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town
Council of the Town of Avon that this Condominium Plat of
Bridgewater Terrace Condominiums is hereby approved as a
condominium subdivision by the Town of Avon.
ADOPTED THIS 27th DAY OF October 1992.
