SERIES OF 1992
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF THE SECOND
AMENDMENT TO THE SUNROAD SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF
THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO THE SUNROAD SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF
AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, CNL Income Fund XI, Ltd. has submitted a final
plat of the Second Amendment to the Sunroad subdivision, a
subdivision of the First Amendment to the Sunroad Subdivision,
Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by Town Staff;
and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found to be substantially in
accord with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the
requirements for consideration as a final plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, that this Final Plat of the Second Amendment
to the Sunroad Subdivision is hereby approved by the Town of
Avon.
ADOPTED THIS 13th - DAY OF October , 1992.
