A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES FOR THE NOVEMBER 3,
1992 GENERAL MUNICIPAL ELECTION AND PROVIDING COMPENSATION FOR
THOSE ELECTION JUDGES
WHEREAS, the Charter of the Town of Avon, Colorado requires
that a general municipal election be held on November 3, 1992,,
and;
WHEREAS, it is necessary to appoint three election judges,each
of whom shall be a registered elector and resident of the Town;
and
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON,
COLORADO, THAT:
1. That the persons-shown hereby are appointed election
judges;
a. Celine Krueger
b. Frank Doll
c. Imogene Doll
2. That each of the named judges shall be compensated in the
sum of Sixty-five Dollars for such service;
3. That in the event one or more persons appointed as fudges
cannot serve, the Town Council hereby delegates to the '
Town Clerk the authority and responsibility to appoint one
or more persons as required to serve as judges for said
election.
4. This resolution shall become effective on the date and the
time of its adoption.
ADOPTED this 8th day of September, 1992.
