SERIES OF 1992
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
MOUNTAIN VIEW TOWNHOMES, A RESUBDIVISION
OF LOT 83, BLOCK 1, WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION,
TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Richard Wahl, has submitted the Final Plat
of Mountain View Townhomes, a Resubdivision of Lot 83, Block 1,
Wildridge Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by Town
Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found to be substantially
in accord with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the
requirements for consideration as a final plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, that this Final Plat of Mountain View Townhomes
is hereby approved as a Townhouse subdivision by the Town of
Avon, subject to:
1. Town Attorney and Town Engineer review of executed
plat and documents prior to the recording of Final
Plat.
