SERIES OF 1992
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF
WILDWOOD TOWNHOMES SOUTH, A RESUBDIVISION
OF LOT 11, BLOCK 5, WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION,
TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, The Town of Avon has submitted the Final
Plat of Wildwood Townhomes South, a Resubdivision of Lot 11,
Block 5, Wildridge Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County,
Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by Town
Staff; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found to be substantially
in accord with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision complies with the
requirements for consideration as a final plat.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, that this Final Plat of Wildwood Townhomes
South is hereby approved as a Townhouse subdivision by the Town
of Avon.
ADOPTED THIS 28th DAY OF January , 1992.

The Town Council. of the Town of Avon, in Eagle County, Colorado, met in
regular session, in full conformity with law and the Curter, ordinances and rules of the
Town, at the Town Hall, being the regular meeting place ' of the Council, on Tuesday,
January 28, 1992, at the hour of 7:30 p.m. Upon roll call, the following were found to be
present, constituting a quorum:
Mayor: Jerry Davis
Mayor Pro Tem: Albert Buzz Reynolds, Jr.
Other Councilmembers. Mike Bennett= resigned
Charlie Gersbach
John Hazard
Tom Hines
Gloria McRory
Absent: none
constituting all the members of the Town Council.
There were also present:

Thereupon Councilmember Davis introduced in typewritten form
a resolution, which resolution was read by title, copies thereof having been distributed to all
members of the Council and to those members of the public in attendance, and which
