A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT AND SUBDIVISION
IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT FOR THE FIRST AMENDMENT TO
THE SUNROAD SUBDIVISION, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY
COLORADO
WHEREAS, Sunroad Capital Corporation has submitted a
Final Plat and Subdivision Improvements Agreement for First
Amendment to the Sunroad Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County,
Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat and Subdivision Improvements
Agreement have been__reViewed by the Town Staff and were 'found-=to,-'be
substantially in accord with the approved Preliminary Plat and
Subdivision Regulations for the Town of Avon.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, that the Final Plat for the First Amendment to
the Sunroad Subdivision, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado is
hereby approved, subject to:
1. Town Attorney review of executed plat and related
documents prior to recording of Final Plat.
