SERIES OF 1991
WHEREAS, JAMES STOVALL subscribed to the oath
of the office of councilmember of the Town of Avon on
November 9, 1988; and
WHEREAS, JAMES has abided by his oath and has
served the Town well; and
WHEREAS, JAMES resigned his office this 23rd
day of July, 1991; and
WHEREAS, JAMES presence and contributions to
the council will be missed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF AVON, as follows:
1. This sincere thanks of the council and the
residents of the Town of Avon are extended to JAMES
STOVALL for his service to the Town of Avon.
2. This resolution shall be spread at large
in the minutes of the meeting and a certified copy shall
be delivered to the said JAMES STOVALL.
ADOPTED this 13th day of August, 1991.
