A RESOLUTION GRANTING A DENSITY TRANSFER OF ONE
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT RIGHT FROM LOT 87, BLOCK 1,
WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION TO LOT 89, BLOCK 1, WILDRIDGE
SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Kenneth Sortland is the owner of-both Lot 87
and ,89, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision and has requested the
transfer of one residential development right from Lot 87, Block 1,
Wildridge Subdivision to Lot 89, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has determined
that the transfer:
1. Complies with all requirements imposed by the Zoning
code; and
2. Is consistent with the objectives and purposes of
this zoning,code and the applicable zone district; and
3. Will be compatible with surrounding land uses and
uses in the area, and therefore, recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council
hereby approves the transfer of one residential development right,
from Lot 87, Block 1, Wildridge Subdivision to Lot 89, Block 1,
Wildridge Subdivision.
ADOPTED THIS 13th DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1990.
