A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, AMENDING
PENSION ARRANGEMENTS WITH PENSION MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATES
AND ADOPTING PENSION PLANS FOR THE POLICE OFFICERS OF
THE TOWN OF AVON
WHEREAS, the Town of Avon ("employer") has police officers
rendering valuable services; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Avon, Colorado and its police officers
desire to restate its pension documents in order to terminate prior
pension administration arrangements which the Town has had with
Pension Management Associates, Inc. as well as change contributions
and vesting arrangements; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Avon desires to adopt new trust
documents for the police officers, as presented to the Town
Council on October 9, 1990, in order to comply with various legal
requirements.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the
Town of Avon, Colorado, to wit:
1. The Town of Avon hereby terminates the pension
administration and investment arrangements with Pension Management
Associates, Inc. for its police officers, such termination to be
effective on October 1, 1990.
2. The Town of Avon hereby adopts the United Asset Management
Services Trust Agreement for the Town of Avon Police Officers Money
Purchase Pension Trust to be effective commencing on October 1, 1990.
3. The Town of Avon hereby adopts the Town of Avon Police
Officers Money Purchase Pension Plan to be effective on October 1, 1990.

4. The Town of Avon hereby appoints United Asset Management
services as pension administrator and investment provider for the
newly adopted police officers pension plan.
