TC Res. No. 1990-32RESOLUTION NO. 90-32
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 90-25 adopted July 17,
1990, the Town Council approved and authorized construction
of a separated grade railroad crossing on State Highway 70 H
(Avon Spur) between Interstate #70 and US #6 on Avon Road
("the project"); and
WHEREAS, agreement has not been reached with
adjacent property owners as to compensation for acquisition
of rights-of-way and easements necessary for completion of
the project;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council
of the Town of Avon, Colorado as follows:
1. The filing of such petitions in condemnation
as are necessary to the,acquisition of rights-of-way and
easements necessary for completion of.-the project are hereby
authorized.
2. All action heretofore taken,by the town
attorney of the Town in implementation of this Resolution is
hereby ratified and confirmed.
