BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of the Town
of Avon, Colorado, that:
1. Construction of a railroad grade separated
and bridge over the Eagle River on State
Spur)between Interstate #70 and US #6 on
Town, is hereby approved contingent upon
appropriation of sufficient funds by the
State of Colorado, and further contingen-

2. A contract with the State of Colorado to share
the cost of said project on a 50-50 bssis is hereby approved
in the form presented to the Council and as finally
approved by the Town Manager and Town Attorney.
