HOUSI_NG.AUTHORITY OF THE
TOWN OF AVON
RESOLUTION NO. 90-Z,3
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the Town of.Avon
("the Authority") was established by Resolution No. 89-33 of
the Avon Town Council adopted September 12, 1989; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution 89-37 of the Avon Town
Council adopted November 14, 1989, all members of said
Council were ex-officio appointed the Commissioners of the
Authority; and
WHEREAS,,said Resolution 89-37 did not prescribe
the date- on which such appointment was effective; and
WHEREAS, by resolution 90-18 of the'Avon Town
Council adopted June 26, 1990, the appointment of said
commissioners was made effective on said date;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Housing
Authority of the Town of Avon that all action heretofore
taken by this Authority is hereby ratified, approved and
confirmed.
