SERIES OF 1990
A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT AND
CONDOMINIUM MAP OF SONNEN HALDE CONDOMINIUMS, PHASE I,
LOT 8, BLOCK 1, BENCHMARK AT BEAVER CREEK, TOWN OF AVON,
EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Euro Development, Inc., a Colorado Corporation,
has submitted a Final Subdivision Plan and Condominium Map of
Sonnen Halde Condominium, Phase I, Lot 8, Block 1, Benchmark at
Beaver Creek, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Subdivision Plat and Condominium Map
has been reviewed by the Town Staff and the Town Attorney, and
found to be substantially in accord with the Subdivision
Regulations of the Town of Avon, and is recommended for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, that this Final Subdivision Plat and Condominium
Map is hereby approved by the Town of Avon.
ADOPTED AND PASSED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon,
Colorado, this 26th day of June, 1990.
