RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 20
SERIES OF 1990
A RESOLUTION GRANTING A DENSITY TRANSFER OF TWO
RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT RIGHTS FROM TRACT B, BLOCK
1, FILING 2, EAGLEBEND SUBDIVISION TO LOT 8, BLOCK
1, BENCHMARK AT BEAVER CREEK SUBDIVISION
WHEREAS, Euro Development Inc. has requested that they
be allowed to transfer two residential development rights from
Tract B, Block 1, Filing 2, Eaglebend Subdivision, to Lot 8,
Block 1, Benchmark at Beaver Creek Subdivision; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has determined
that the transfer:
1. Complies with all requirements imposed by the
Zoning Code; and
2. Is consistent with the objectives and purposes of
this Zoning Code and the applicable Zoning District;
and
3. Will be compatible with surrounding land uses and uses
in the area and recommends approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council of
the Town of Avon hereby approves the transfer, subject to the
following:
1. Execution of the contract between Euro Development
Inc. and Eaglebend Partnership for purchase of two
development rights.
ADOPTED THIS 26th DAY OF JUNE, 1990.
