RESOLUTON NO. '90- i:8
SERIES OF 1990
WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the Town of Avon
was established by Resolution No. 89-33 adopted September
12, 1989; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution 89-33 provided that
the Authority consist of five commissioners appointed
by the Mayor; and
WHEREAS, the Council has now detemined that
all members of the Council should be appointed commissioners
of the Authority; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on June 26,
1990, on the adoption of this resolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town
Council of the Town of Avon as follows:
1. All members of the Council are ex officio
appointed the commissioners of the Housing Authority of
the Town of Avon. The Mayor shall ex officio be chairman.
2. The terms of office of such commissioners
shall be coterminous with their terms of office on the
Council.
3. The appointment of such commissioners shall
be effective this 26th day of June, 1990 and upon adoption
of this Resolution No. 90-18.
4. All action of the Housing Authority of the Town
of Avon comprised of the Town Council of the Town of Avon
is hereby ratified, approved and confirmed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will
be held on June 26, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. at the Council Chambers
Avon Municipal Building, 400 Benchmark Road, Avon, Colorado,
on the adoption of the following resolution:

WHEREAS, the Housing Authority of the Town
