RESOLUTION NO. 90-8
SERIES OF 1990
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 89-33 CHANGING
THE NAME OF THE "TOWN OF AVON HOUSING AUTHORITY" TO "THE
HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE TOWN OF AVON".
WHEREAS, the Town of Avon established a housing authority
by the adoption of Resolution No. 89-33; and
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 89-33 established the name of the
housing authority as "Town of Avon Housing Authority"; and
WHEREAS, subsequent documents adopted by the Town Council
and housing authority refer to "The Housing Authority of Avon of
the Town of Avon.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that henceforth the name of
the housing authority established by Resolution No. 89-33 shall
be amended to "The Housing Authority of the Town of Avon".
