RESOLUTION NO. 90 - 7
SERIES OF 1990
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN
FOR THE TOWN OF AVON
WHEREAS, the Avon Town Council has commissioned the
preparation of a Comprehensive Plan to provide guidance for the
Community's physical and economic growth; and
WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Avon,
Colorado, has been reviewed throughout the preparation process
by the Avon Town Council and the Avon Planning and Zoning
Commission; and
WHEREAS, public hearings were conducted on January 30,
1990, and February 13, 1990, to present to, and receive input
from, the citizens of the Community with regard to the Comprehensive
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Avon Planning and Zoning Commission has
forwarded a unanimous recommendation of approval of the
Comprehensive Plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Avon Town Council
that the Comprehensive Plan of the Town of Avon, Colorado, as
dated March 27,1990, including maps bearing the same date, is
hereby adopted for use as a supplement to the Master Plan for the
Town of Avon.
