No. 1990-010 0 RESOLUTION NO. 90-1 SERIES OF 1990 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 1990 TOWN OF AVON BUDGET A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 199D BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY, 1990, AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1990. WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Avon has adopted the 1990 budget; and WHEREAS, the Town Council reviewed the revised estimated revenues and expenditures for 19M NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON THAT: Section 1. Public Works Fund That estimated revenues and expenditures for the Public Works Fund are hereby amended as follows: Expenditures: Transfer to Housing Authority Fund 1990 1990 BUDGET AMENDED BUDGET $ 2,569,500 $ 50,000 TOTAL EXPENDITURES: 24629,500 0 0 Revenues: 1990 1990 BUDGET AMENDED BUDGET Total Re0Ve!ues Fund Balance Total Public Works Fund Section 2. That the budget, above summarized by fund, hereby is ap the budget of the Town of Avon for the $ 2,351,677 167,823 2,619,500 as amended, and herein- proved and adopted as year stated above. Section 3. That the budget hereby approved and adopted shall be signed by the Town Manager and made part of the public records of the Town. ADOPTED this 9th day of January, 1990.
