TOWN OF AVON
RESOLUTION NO. 89-38
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 84-30, adopted August 24,
1984, granted to Christie Lodge Owners Association, Inc., a
special review use for a reduction in parking requirements
in connection with a lease of parking spaces by Christie
Lodge to C.J., Inc.; and
WHEREAS, said lease has been terminated; and
WHEREAS, the number of parking spaces available
for the Christie Lodge and for Buck Creek Plaza is now
adequate pursuant to the zoning regulations of the Town.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution
No. 84-30 is repealed.
