RESOLUTION NO. 89- 37
WHEREAS, the Town of Avon Housing Authority was,
established by Resolution 89-33 adopted September 12, 1989;,
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution 89-33 provided that the
authority consist of five commissioners appointed by the
mayor; and
WHEREAS, the ,Council has now determined that all
members of the Council'should be'appointed commissioners of
the authority; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on November 14,
1989, on the adoption of this resolution;
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Town Council
of the Town of Avon as follows:
1. All members of the Council are ex officio
appointed the commissioners of the Town of Avon Housing
Authority. The mayor shall ex officio be chairman.
2. The terms of office of such commissioners
shall be coterminous with their terms of office on the
council.
ADOPTED the 14th day of November, 1989.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC.-HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a public hearing will
be held on November 14, 1989, at 7:30 P.M. at the Council
Chambers, Avon Municipal Building, 400 Benchmark Road, Avon,
Colorado, on the adoption of the following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 89- 37-
WHEREAS, the Town of Avon Housing.Authority
was established by Resolution 89-33 adopted
September 12, 1989; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution.89-33 provided that
