WHEREAS, more than twenty-five residents have,
filed a petition with the town clerk pursuant.to section
29-4-204, C.R.S., setting forth that there is a need for a
housing authority to function in the Town of Avon;
NOW, THEREFORE, the town-clerk shall give notice
of a public hearing to be held on September 12, 1989, at
7:30 P.M. at the council chambers in the Avon Municipal
Building for the purpose of determing whether there is a
lack of safe or sanitary dwelling accommodations in the Town
of Avon for all the inhabitants thereof.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a petition has been
filed with the Town Clerk of the Town of Avon, Colorado,
pursuant to section 29-4-204, C.R.S. setting forth that
there is a need for a housing authority to function in the
Town of Avon.
A PUBLIC HEARING will be held on September 12,
1989, at 7:30 P.M. at the Council Chambers, Avon Municipal
Building, 400 Benchmark Road, Avon, Colorado. The purpose
of such hearing will be to determine whether there is a lack
of safe or sanitary dwelling accommodations in the Town of
Avon for all the inhabitants thereof.
