TC Res. No. 1989-23RESOLUTION 89-23
WHEREAS, by Resolution 89-13 adopted April 11,
1989, an application was directed to be filed with the board
of-directors of the Avon Metropolitan District to dissolve
said District; and
WHEREAS, further investigation of such dissolution
by the consultants and staff of the Town has disclosed that-
dissolution would be inequitable to the owners of real
property within Eaglebend Subdivision;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Resolution
89-13 is hereby repealed.
