RESOLUTION NO. 89-14
SERIES OF 1989
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF LOT 17, 18 AND
TRACT B, FILING NO. 3, EAGLEBEND SUBDIVISION
TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, John Appleby has submitted a Final Plat
of:Lot 17, 18 and Tract B, Filing No. 3, Eaglebend Subdivision,
Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found to be substantially
in accord with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon;
and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision generally complies
with the requirements for consideration as a minor subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, that this Final Plat of Lot 17, 18 and
Tract B of Filing No. 3, Eaglebend Subdivision is hereby approved
as a minor subdivision by the Town of Avon subject to:
1. Review and approval by the Town Attorney of
executed plat Certificates for conformance with
Town Regulations.
