SERIES OF 1989
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF LOT 65, A
RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 65, BLOCK 2, AMENDMENT NO. 4,
BENCHMARK AT BEAVER CREEK AND LOT 66, BLOCK 2,
AMENDMENT NO. 6, BENCHMARK AT BEAVER CREEK, TOWN OF
AVON, COUNTY OF EAGLE, STATE OF COLORADO.
WHEREAS, Otis Development Company, a Delaware Corporation
has submitted a Final Plat of Lot 65, a Resubdivision of Lot 65,
Block 2, Amendment No. 4, Benchmark at Beaver Creek and Lot 66,
Block 2, Amendment No. 6, Benchmark at Beaver Creek, Town of Avon,
County of Eagle, State of Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by Town Staff
and Town Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found to be substantially in
accord with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision generally complies
with the requirements for consideration as a minor subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, that this Final Plat of Lot 65, a Resubdivision
of Lot 65, Block 2, Amendment No. 4, Benchmark at Beaver Creek and
Lot 66, Block 2, Amendment No. 6, Benchmark at Beaver Creek, Town
of Avon, County of Eagle, State of Colorado is hereby approved as a
minor subdivision by the Town of Avon subject to:
1. Receipt of letters from the appropriate utilities,
including water and sewer, approving of the utility
easement vacation;
2. Review and approval by the Town Attorney of executed
plat Certificates for conformance with Town Regulations.
