No. 1989-06a RESOLUTION NO. 89-6 SERIES OF 1989 A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE 1989 TOWN OF AVON BUDGET A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 1989 BUDGET FOR THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, FOR THE CALENDAR YEAR BEGINNING ON THE FIRST DAY OF JANUARY, 1989, AND ENDING ON THE LAST DAY OF DECEMBER, 1989 WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Avon has adopted the 1989 budget; and WHEREAS; the Town Council reviewed the revised estimated revenues and expenditures for 1989; and WHEREAS, the Town Council finds it necessary to amend the 1989 budget to fund an additional expenditure related to litigation in the Town Attorney's budget in the amount of $500. NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO: Section 1. That estimated expenditures for each fund are as follows for 1989: 1989 BUDGET General Fund: $3,042,166 1989 AMENDED BUDGET $3,042,666 Section 2. That estimated revenues or sources of funds for each fund are as follows: 1989 1989 BUDGET AMENDED BUDGET General Fund Balance: $43,563 $43,063 Section 3. That the budget, as amended, and hereinabove summarized by fund, hereby is approved and adopted as the budget of the Town of Avon for the year stated above. Section 4. That the budget hereby approved and adopted shall be signed by the Town Manager and made part of the public records of the Town. ADOPTED this 28th day of February, 1989. TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO ISM$ Allan R. ottin am, Mayor t RESOLUTION 89 - 6 SERIES OF 1989 RESOLUTION FROM THE TOWN OF AVON PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION RECOMMENDING THE AVON TOWN COUNCIL APPROVE GRANTING CONTINUANCE OF A SPECIAL REVIEW USE TO ALLOW AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR IN THE MOUNTAIN CENTER BUILDING UNIT B-2 ON LOT 26/27, BLOCK 1, BENCHMARK AT BEAVER CREEK SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Jerry Vekre, owner of Jerry's Auto Repair has requested approval of continuance of a Special Review Use to allow automotive repair 'in the Mountain Center Building, Unit B-2, located on Lot 26/27, Block 1, Benchmark at Beaver Creek, which is located in the IC (Industrial Commercial) Zone District; and WHEREAS, automotive repair is allowed in the IC (Industrial Commercial) Zone District as a Special Review Use; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has held a public hearing and has determined that the proposed use: 1. Otherwise complies with all requirements imposed by the Zoning Code; and 2. Is consistent with the objectives and purposes of the Zoning Code; and 3. Is deemed compatible with surrounding land uses and uses in the area. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF AVON, COLORADO, THAT: i The Planning and Zoning Commission hereby approves and recommends the Town Council of the Town of Avon, Colorado approve the continuance of a Special Review Use to allow automotive repair in the Mountain Center Building, Unit B-2, located on Lot 26/27, Block 1, Benchmark at Beaver Creek, which is located in the IC (Industrial Commercial) Zone District, subject to the following: 1. Approval of car storage area and associated regrading as submitted with application to continue the Special Review Use. 2. The Special Review Use shall be re-evaluated at the time of application of re-development of the Lot 26/27, Block 1, Benchmark at Beaver Creek. 3. All existing and proposed disturbed areas shall be reseeded with native grasses and all approved regrading, surfacing and revegetation shall be complete on or- before August 1, 1989. 4. The dumpster'be screened and the details of the materials and colors be brought back to staff for review and approval. 5. No additional parking be permitted outside of the intended screened area. 6.
