RESOLUTION NO. 88-25
SERIES OF 1988
WHEREAS, CLINTON WATKINS subscribed to the oath
of office of councilmember of the Town of Avon on May 15,
1984; and
WHEREAS, CLINTON has abided by his oath and has
served the Town well; and
WHEREAS, CLINTON has been succeeded in office
this 9th day of November, 1988; and
WHEREAS, CLINTON'S presence and contributions to
the council will be missed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF AVON as follows:
1. The sincere thanks of the council and the
residents of the Town of Avon are extended to CLINTON WATKINS
for his service to the Town of Avon.
2. This resolution shall be spread at large in the
minutes of the meeting and a certified copy hereof shall be
delivered to the said CLINTON WATKINS.
