No. 1988-180 TOWN OF AVOi7 RESOLUTION NO. 88-18 SERIES OF 1988 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT AND SUBDIVISION IMPROVEMENTS AGREEMENT FOR NOTTINGHAM STATION, A SUBDIVISION OF A PORTION OF THE EAST HALF OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 5 SOUTH, RANGE 82 WEST OF THE 6TH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO. WHEREAS, Nottingham Ranch Company and Nottingham Associ- ates, owners of two parcels of land located in the East half of Section 12, Township 5 South, Range 82 West of the Sixth P.M., Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, and commonly referred to as the Stockyard Property and Nottingham Station, have submitted a Final Plat and Subdivision Improvements Agreement for subdivision of the property; and WHEREAS, the Town Council of the Town of Avon has held a public hearing on the proposed Preliminary Plan of Nottingham Station, at which the applicant and public were provided opportunity to be heard; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat and Subdivision Improvements Agreement has been determined to be in general conformance with the subdivision regulations of the Town of Avon, and the approved Preliminary Plan for Nottingham Station. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon that the Final Plat and Subdivision Improvements Agreement for Nottingham Station, a subdivision of a portion of the East half of Section 12, Township 5 South, Range 82 West of the Sixth P.M., Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, and commonly referred to as the Stockyard Property and Nottingham Station, is hereby approved.
