SERIES OF 1988
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OR THE AAA
DUPLEX, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOT 19, BLOCK 2,
EAGLEBEND, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO.
WHEREAS, Suzanne Railton has submitted a Final Plat of the
AAA Duplex, a resubdivision of Lot 19, Block 2, Eaglebend, Town
of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by Town Staff and
Town Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found'to be substantially in
accord with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision generally complies with the
requirements as a duplex subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the
Town of Avon, that this Final Plat of the AAA. Duplex is hereby
approved as a duplex subdivision by the Town of Avon subject to:
1. Submittal of a party wall agreement for the duplex
subdivision for review by the Town Attorney; and
2. Completion and execution of all Certificates in a manner
satisfactory to the Town Attorney prior to filing with
Clerk and Recorder of Eagle County.

RE: Resolution 88-5, Final Plat - AAA Duplex, Lot 19, Block 2,
Eaglebend
Suzanne Railton has submitted a Final Plat for the AAA Duplex, a
resubdivision of Lot 19, Block 2, Eaglebend. The Plat divides
Lot 19 into two parcels for a duplex subdivision.
The Plat has been reviewed by Town Staff and was found to be in
general conformance with Town of Avon Subdivision Regulations
for a duplex subdivision. The Applicant has not submitted the
required party wall agreement as yet, but this can be a condition
of approval. Resolution 88-5 approves the Final Plat for the
AAA Duplex, a resubdivision of Lot 19, Block 2, Eaglebend, Town of
Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, subject to:
1. Submittal of a party wall agreement for the duplex
subdivision for review by the Town Attorney; and
2. Completion and execution of all Certificates in a manner
satisfactory to the Town Attorney prior to filing with
the Clerk and Recorder of Eagle County.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Adopt Resolution 88-5, Series of 1988.
