No. 1988-020 0 RESOLUTION NO. 88-2 Series of 1988 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PRELIDIINARY/FINAL PLAT OF THE MOUNTAIN CENTER, CONDOMINIUM BUILDING, A RESUBDIVISION OF MOUNTAIN CENTER, A RESUBDIVISION OF LOTS 26 AND 27, BLOCK 1, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO, AND FINAL SUBDIVISION PLAT AMENDMENT NO. 4, BENCHPLARK AT BEAVER CREEK WHEREAS, Vail Building Arts Associates, a Colorado Limited Partnership has submitted a Final Plat of the Mountain Center, Condominium Buildina, A resubdivision of Mountain Center, a Resubdivision of Lots 26 and 27, Block 1, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, and Final Subdivision Plat Amendment No. 4. Benchmark at Beaver Creek; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat and related documents have been reviewed by the town staff and the town attorney; and WHEREAS, the Final Plat and related documents were found to be substantially in accord with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision generally complies with the requirements for consideration as a condominium subdivision. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon, that this Final Plat of the Mountain Center, Condominium Building, is hereby approved as a condominium, subdivision by the Town of Avon subject to: 1. The completion and execution of all Certificates and documents relating to the subdivision in a manner satisfactory to the town attorney prior to filing with the Clerk and Recorder of Eagle County. The Plat creates the Condominium Subdivision for Phase I of the Mountain Center Project. The Plat has been reviewed by town staff and was found to be in general conformance with Town of Avon Subdivision Regulations for a Condominium Subdivision. Resolution No. 88-2 approves the Preliminary/Final Plat for Mountain Center, Condominium Building, a Resubdivision of Mountain Center, a Resubdivision of Lots 26 and 27, Block 1, Town of Avon, Eagle County, Colorado, and Final Subdivision Plat Amendment No. 4, Benchmark at Beaver Creek, subject to: 1.
