A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL PLAT OF THE RAY TOWNHOUSE, A
SUBDIVISION OF LOT 51, BLOCK 3, REPLAT NO. 2, FINAL SUBDIVISION
PLAT OF WILDRIDGE, TOWN OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY, COLORADO
WHEREAS, Michael M. and Nancy D. Ray have submitted a
Final Plat of the Ray Townhouse, a subdivision of Lot 51, Block 3,
Replat No. 2, Final Subdivision Plat of Wildridge, Town of Avon,
Eagle County, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by Town Staff
and Town Attorney; and
WHEREAS, the Final Plat was found to be substantially
in accord with the Subdivision Regulations of the Town of Avon; and
WHEREAS, the proposed subdivision generally complies
with the requirements for consideration as a minor subdivision.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT-RESOLVED, by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, that this Final Plat of the Ray Townhouse is
hereby approved as a minor subdivision by the Town of Avon subject
to:
1. The completion and execution of all Certificates
in a manner satisfactory to the Town Attorney
prior to filing with the Clerk and Recorder of
Eagle County.

Final Plat - Ray Townhouse
Lot 51, Block 3, Wildridge Subdivision
Michael M. and Nancy D. Ray have submitted a Final Plat and Townhouse
Declaration for Ray Townhouse, a Subdivision of Lot 51, Block 3, Wildridge.
The plat divides an existing building into two townhouse units and defines
the remainder of the lot as common property.
The plat has been reviewed by Town Staff and was found to be in general
conformance with Town of Avon Subdivision Regulations for a minor subdivision.
Resolution 86-20 approves the final plat for the Ray Townhouse, a Subdivision
of Lot 51, Block 3, Replat No. 2, Final Subdivision Plat of Wildridge, subject
to:
1. The completion and execution of all Certificates in a manner satisfactory
to the Town Attorney prior to filing with the Clerk and Recorder of
Eagle County.
Lot 51, Block 3, Wildridge is located near the top of Wildridge on the east
side of North Point.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
1. Approve Resolution 86-20, Series of 1986.
