WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 86-10, titled as follows:

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 86-1, titled as follows:
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF THE
ZONING MAP:OF THE TOWN OF AVON BY THE INCLUSION OF CERTAIN
P.ROPERTY,IN THE SPECIALLY PLANNED AREA ZONE DISTRICT.
was adopted on -first reading on May?27., 1986, and public
hearing and second reading set for June 10, 1986; and
WHEREAS, there has been,- submitted_a - preliminary
plat for Eagle bend Subdivision, which submittal was con-
tinued to June 10-, 1986, for public hearing.; and
WHEREAS, public hearings on Ordinance No. 86-10,
Ordinance No. 86-i2 and the preliminary plat for Eaglebend
Subdivision were simultaneously held on'June 10,-•1986;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows:
