RESOLUTION NO. 84-40
SERIES OF 1984
BE IT RESOLVED that the Town of Avon supports
prompt and favorable action by the Congress of the United
States on S.B. 1578 in order to protect local governments
from judgements for damages in actions brought under the
federal anti-trust laws.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
at the Town of Avon on October 9 1984.
