SERIES OF 1984
RESOLVED, that the Town Manager be authorized
to negotiate with the Eagle County School District, RE-50J
to obtain from the school district the right to construct
municipal facilities on three acres of Tract P, Town
of Avon, such three acres to be within the boundaries
described for municipal facilities on the site plan
recommended by Upper Eagle Valley Sanitation District.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Avon on October 9 , 1984.
