SERIES OF 1984
RESOLUTION APPROVING CONDOMINIUM MAP OF GOSHAWK TOWNHOUSES,
A CONDOMINIUM, LOT#10, BLOCK#5, WILDRIDGE SUBDIVISION, TOWN
OF AVON, EAGLE COUNTY COLORADO FINAL PLAT
WHEREAS, Lot#10 Partnership, Ltd. has submitted
a Final Plat for Goshawk Townhouses a condominium Subdivision
of Lot#10, Block#5, Wildridge addition to the Town of Avon; and,
WHEREAS, the Final Plat has been reviewed by the
Town Engineer and Town Attorney and was found to be
generally in accord with the subdivision regulations of
the Town of Avon and is recommended for approval,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; by the Town Council
of the Town of Avon that this plat is hereby approved by the
Town of Avon subject to Plat being filed for record in the
Office of the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder.

This is the plat which was submitted on the day of the last Council
meeting and was approved by Council, by motion, subject to review
by Town staff and correction of deficiencies. This review has been
completed and all corrections have been made.
The attached resolution provides a formalization of the Council action
taken at the last meeting.
