A RESOLUTION BY THE AVON TOWN COUNCIL APPROVING SPECIAL REVIEW USE
ALLOWING CONSTRUCTION OF A POTABLE WATER STORAGE TANK ON TRACT K
WILDWOOD AT A MINIMUM DISTANCE OF 10 FEET FROM WEST WILDWOOD ROAD
RIGHT-OF-WAY
WHEREAS, Avon Metropolitan District has applied for
Special Review Use to the Town of Avon for approval to, construct
a potable water storage tank and pump station on Tract K, Wildwood
at a minimum distance of 10 feet from West Wildwood Road
right-of-way; and
WHEREAS, said Special Review Use request was reviewed
and approved by the Town of Avon Planning and Zoning Commission
at its regular meeting of February 9, 1984; and
WHEREAS, said Special Review Use proposed use:
1) Otherwise complies with all requirements
imposed by the zoning code;
2) Is consistent with the objectives and purposes
of this zoning code and the applicable zoning
district; and
3) Is designed to be compatible with surrounding
land uses and uses in the area; and
WHEREAS, the special review criteria outlined in
Section 17.20.040 of the Municipal Code has been considered.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon, that the Special Review Use request for approval
to construct a potable water storage tank and pump station on
Tract K, Wildwood at a minimum distance of 10 feet from West
Wildwood Road right-of-way is hereby approved.
ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council of
the Town of Avon on February 28, 1984.
