SERIES OF 1983
RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH CHENEY DUPLEX PLAT
LOT 26, BLOCK 1, WILDRIDGE
WHEREAS, Sepp Cheney has submitted a duplex plat for
the re-subdivision of Lot 26, Block 1, Wildridge addition to the
Town of Avon, and
WHEREAS, the duplex plat has been reviewed by the Town
Engineer and Planning Director and found to be generally in accord
with the subdivision ordinance of the Town of Avon and is recom-
mended for approval, .,and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; by the Town Council of
the Town of Avon that this plat is hereby approved subject to the
following conditions:
(1) A lot pin and cap being placed at the northeast
end of lot line L 2.
(2) That all comments of the Town Attorney be complied
with.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the application is
hereby approved subject to the conditions listed above.

Cheney Duplex Final Plat
Lot 26, Block 1, Wildridge

Staff has reviewed the final duplex plat submitted for the Cheney Duplex
on Lot 26, Block 1, Wildridge and have determined that it generally meets the
local subdivision requirements.
Approval of the plat is recommended subject to:
1) A lot pin and cap being placed at the northeast end of lot line
L 2.
2) That all comments of the Town Attorney be complied with.
