No. 1983-530 0 RESOLUTION NO. #83-53 SERIES OF 1983 RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH CHENEY DUPLEX PLAT LOT 26, BLOCK 1, WILDRIDGE WHEREAS, Sepp Cheney has submitted a duplex plat for the re-subdivision of Lot 26, Block 1, Wildridge addition to the Town of Avon, and WHEREAS, the duplex plat has been reviewed by the Town Engineer and Planning Director and found to be generally in accord with the subdivision ordinance of the Town of Avon and is recom- mended for approval, .,and, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; by the Town Council of the Town of Avon that this plat is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: (1) A lot pin and cap being placed at the northeast end of lot line L 2.
