No. 1983-490 0 RESOLUTION NO. 83-49 SERIES OF 1983 ACCEPTANCE OF BEAVER CREEK POINT A14D WILDRIDGE ROAD EAST BE IT RESOLVED THAT: All necessary repairs have been satisfactorily completed on the areas of Beaver Creek Point and Wildridge Road East which were excluded from acceptance by the Avon Town Council in its previous acceptance of Roads in Blocks 1,2 and 3 of Wildridge. Therefore, the area along Beaver Creek Point extending approximately 300 feet south from Saddle Ridge Loop and the area along Wildridge Road East extending from the intersection of Wildridge Road West northerly to approximately Lot 8, Block 3, Wildridge are hereby accepted by the Town of Avon. The one year warranty period for these areas shall begin August 24, 1983 and shall extend through August 23, 1984. As a result of this review the roads were to found to have been satisfactorily repaired and it is recommended that the Town Council officially accept these roads with a warranty period beginning August 24, 1983 and extending through August 23, 1984. 01 i September 6, 1983 Mr. Norm Wood, Town of Avon P.O. Box 975 Avon, CO 81620 Town Engineer Re: Wildridge Road East and Beaver Creek Point Roads Dear Mr. Wood: I would like to request that you review our field test results on the repair work done at the distress areas located within the above mentioned roads. We have completed all work and at this point I feel we are entitled to the commencement of the warranty period for these two areas as we had agreed before. Although the guard rail was not completed in the Wildridge Road East area due to obvious reasons, it is scheduled for completion within the next four weeks. However, we do not feel the guard rail has anything to do with the quality and workmanship of the road itself. Please let me know if we can count on your blessing to start the warranty period of one year as of August 24, 1983, the date on which the repairs were finished. Thank you. Cordially yours, A.J.
