No. 1983-349 6 RESOLUTION NO. 83-34 SERIES OF 1983 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PALISADES PRELIMINARY PLAT WHEREAS, a preliminary plat has been submitted for The Palisades townhouses by John Jackson Associates, Inc., for Lot 2, Block 5, Wildridge Subdivision; and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat has been reviewed by the Town Staff and determined to generally meet the local platting requirements; now therefore BE IT RESOLVED, by the Town Council of the Town of Avon, that this plat is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That the appropriate standard town certificates be used on the final plat. 2. That the final plat shows the side lot easements as 7.5 feet. 3. That the plat title be located at the top of the sheet on the final plat. 4. That lot boundary data match that of the original final plat, or a note be provided on the final plat explaining any discrepancy. 5. That the current town limits be shown on the vicinity map on the final plat. 6. That the townhouse declaration be revised according to the Town Attorney's comments. 7. That all chord bearings and distances be shown on the final plat. 8. That lot pins be installed at curve ends and changes in direction of lot lines.
