No. 1983-16i RESOLUTION NO. 83-16 SERIES OF 1983 RESOLUTION APPROVING LODGE AT AVON PRELIMINARY PLAT WHEREAS, Bill Pierce has submitted a preliminary plat replatting Lots 57, 58, 59, 60, Block 2, Benchmark Subdivision addition to the Town of Avon, and WHEREAS, the preliminary plat has been reviewed by the Town Engineer and Planning Director and found to be generally in accord with the subdivision ordinance of the Town of Avon and is recommended for approval and, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; by the Town Council of the Town of Avon that this plat is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That all Town subdivision regulations be complied with. 2. That the Certificate of Dedication and Ownership contain the names of the owners rather than referring to the undersigned on the final plat. 3. That the easement shown along the westerly most end of the proposed lot be shown as a utility, drainage, and roadway easement on the final plat. 4. That all easements be adequately labeled with bearings and distances to fully describe their location of the final plat. 5. That the developers install 4' wide concrete sidewalk along Bench- mark Road as shown on the approved Site Plan concurrently with de- velopment on this site. 6.
