No. 1983-13• 0 RESOLUTION NO.-83-13 SERIES OF 1983 RESOLUTION CONCERNED WITH PRELIMINARY CONDOMINIUM MAP LOTS 73-74, BLOCK 2, BENCHMARK SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, Investors Real Estate Company has submitted a preliminary Condominium Map for Lots 73-74, Block 2, Benchmark Subdivision addition to the Town of Avon, and WHEREAS, the preliminary Condominium Map has been reviewed by the Town Engineer and Planning Director and found to be generally in accord with the subdivision ordinance of the Town of Avon and is recommended for approval and, NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: by the Town Council of the Town of Avon that this plat is hereby approved subject to the following conditions: 1. That the final plat show a 5 foot snow storage and pedestrian walkway easement along Beaver Creek Boulevard. 2. That concurrent with development of this property the developer shall install a 4 foot wide sidewalk within the 5 foot walkway easement. The sidewalk shall be constructed of 4 inch concrete and shall run the entire length of the easement. 3. That building ties be shown with bearings and distances. 4. That the drainage plan be approved by the Town Engineer prior to the submittal of the final plat. The purpose of the plat is to meet the subdivision requirements for condominiumizing a 71 unit.hotel with restaurant and convention space. It is recommended that this plat be approved subject to the following conditions: (1) That the final plat show a 5' snow storage and pedestrian walkway easement along Beaver Creek Boulevard.
