A,RESOLUTION APPOINTING A DEPUTY CLERK
BE IT RESOLVED THAT Jenny Bell is appointed Deputy
Clerk of the Town of Avon', Colorado. Said Deputy Clerk to have
the authority of the Town Clerk when the said Clerk is absent
or"unable to serve. When the employment.of said Jenny Bell is
terminated by the'Town-of Avon for whatever reason, the authority
granted hereunder shall immediately expire.
