A RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE
DESIGN REVIEW BOARD TO AMEND SECTION 3.10"OF THE
DESIGN REVIEW BOARD RULES AND REGULATIONS TO
INCLUDE A.FEE FOR A COMPREHENSIVE SIGN PROGRAM
WHEREAS, Section 3.10 of the Design Review Board Rules
ad Regulations presently does not list a fee for review of a
Dmprehensive Sign Program; and
WHEREAS, the Design Review Board and the Town Council
ncourages, the "submittal of Comprehensive Sign Program for buildings
3ving multiple businesses located in them; now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Design Review Board is hereby
irected to amend their Rules and Regulations as follows:
Add within Section 3.10 another category for Comprehensive
Sigh Program establishing a review fee of $200.00 per
application and $25.00'per Planning Director's plan
conformance review of,an individual sign at the time
a building permit is applied'for, for installation.

RE: Establishing of Comprehensive Sign Program
Fee in the DRB Rules & Regulations
The Design Review Board at their December 16, 1982,meeting discussed
what would be an appropriate fee for review of a Comprehensive Sign Program
for buildings which have more than one business located in them. At the
present time the only sign fee is for DRB review of a single sign.
The DRB has recommended that a fee of $200.00 be established for the DRB
review of the program and a~$25.00 fee be charged for the Planning
Director's plan conformance review of individual signs at the time a
building permit is requested for installation.
Attached is a resolution directing the DRB to amend the fee section of their
Rules & Regulations to establish a sign program fee and conformance review
fee.
